Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our Terms & Conditions.

No. The Smart Recommendation Engine provides general informational guidance only. It does not constitute financial or insurance advice. Recommendations are a starting point for discussion with a licensed agent. Final policy terms are determined by the insurer.
Who provides the insurance policies?
Insurance policies are underwritten and issued by licensed insurance companies (e.g., LIC, HDFC Life, Star Health). Twinsure acts as a consultant and intermediary — we do not issue policies directly.
How do partner commissions work?
Partner commissions are earned through verified referrals. Commission rates, eligibility criteria, payout schedules, and conditions are detailed in the Partner Program agreement. Misuse of the referral system may result in forfeiture.

No. Claim approvals are subject to the insurance company's verification process and the specific terms of your policy. Twinsure provides claims assistance and documentation guidance, but final decisions rest with the insurer.
Can terms change over time?
Yes. Twinsure reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
How is my data handled?
